COMPREHENSIVE PROCESSES

mySTOCK® WMS is here to help you plan, manage and evaluate warehouse processes. System commands are given through mobile applications on PDAs. Individual tasks are processed on these PDAs based on requirements from receiving slips, shipping orders, the need for warehouse re-organization and more.

The purpose of effective warehouse management is to ensure:

– reliable deliveries (with respect to quality, amounts and deadlines, and optimal supplier selection)

– ongoing assessment of inventory status (optimal amounts, structure, possible changes)

– maintaining precise information about the status and movement of inventory “online” (early critical inventory level warnings, inventory status and movement analysis for strategic decision-making about inventory financing)

– a perfect system to predict needs (the most accurate possible determination of future needs for a given period – determination of quantitative, temporal and value parameters of future orders and delivery terms)

mySTOCK® WMS includes mobile devices with an application used to perform warehouse operations directly on site (via a Wi-Fi network). These include, for example, receiving, issuing and restocking. The product uses defined types of screens for user operation (login, lists, detailed displays, general information, etc.) These screens follow a logical sequence according to the customer’s needs and processes. The solutions we deliver are multilingual, and we design screens to be as intuitive as possible with ergonomic control. Guides for individual processes eliminate operator errors.

mySTOCK® WMS handles the following areas and processes:

Receiving and storage

Picking and multi-collection

Localization and placement optimization
